Renovations, repairs, and new construction

In 1994 Matthew Kinsella founded Kinsella Custom homes (KCH). Today, 20 years later we have proudly completed over 100 new and whole home renovation builds to our credit throughout the GTA ranging from $250,000 to $3.7million. In 1994 we began with the first pair of boarded up Semi’s in the Dundas west neighbourhood (Manning Ave). Recently we have just completed the six Unit Modern Townhouse development in the trendy Queen West area (Elm Grove Ave). Currently we are close to completing one of our most ambitious projects to date on prestigious Lawton Ave.

KCH has always been sensitive to the neighborhoods where we have built. We try to ensure that the impact a project has will be a positive one. It is for this reason that we sometimes choose to renovate the existing homes instead of demolish and build new. Matthew is a third generation Toronto builder, and had all the necessary home builder's required credentials necessary to build safely and efficiently.
